Romania are capacitatea de a asigura fara probleme vaccinul gripal, intr-o situatie de pandemie, existand, de asemenea, o rezerva de medicatie antivirala care ar putea asigura tratarea eficienta a 460.000 de persoane, a anuntat, duminica, ministrul Sanatatii, Ion Bazac. Ministrul a subliniat ca, in tara noastra, nu exista, pana in acest moment, nicio suspiciune si niciun caz confirmat de infectare cu virusul gripei porcine.

Declaratiile ministrului Sanatatii, Ion Bazac:

* Pana in acest moment nu se confirma niciun caz de gripa porcina la om pe teritoriul Romaniei, nu exista nici macar un caz de suspiciune a infectarii cu virusul H1N1 in randul populatiei, dovada ca sistemul de sanatate publica functioneaza rapid si eficient.

* Suntem pregatiti si pentru situatia in care acest virus ar putea aparea in Romania.

* Ministerul Sanatatii are capacitatea de a trata 460.000 de persoane cu medicatie antivirala. Este un stoc actualizat, suficient pentru situatia actuala, si mai putem cumpara antivirale daca va fi cazul.

* Nu trebuie sa importam antivirale, avem posibilitatea prin Institutul Cantacuzino de a produce vaccin, in cel mult trei luni de la izolarea tulpinii, la nivel international.

* Joi, la Luxemburg, OMS a declarat ca este capabila, in jurul datei de 20 mai, sa faca izolarea tulpinii, iar la jumatatea lunii august poate incepe productia de vaccin gripal, primele transe ar putea sa fie pe piata in luna septembrie.

* Este un atu pe care il avem in tara si lipseste multor tari europene, faptul ca putem produce vaccin in Romania si in cantitati insemnate.

* Institutul Cantacuzino poate produce o prima transa imediat, de peste doua milioane de doze, iar Romania are o capacitate de fiolare de peste sapte milioane de fiole pe luna, astfel incat, intr-o situatie de pandemie, putem asigura fara probleme vaccin gripal pentru populatie.

* Noua spitale de boli infectioase din tara au primit medicamente antivirale.

* Am dispus blocarea distributiei de antivirale specifice in farmacii pentru a bloca automedicatia preventiva. Antiviralele luate preventiv nu opresc instalarea bolii, dimpotriva, produc rezistenta. Aceste medicamente pot fi eficiente numai in cazul imbolnavirii efective si numai sub o administrare controlata de medici in spitale.

* Am alocat un stoc de 10.000 de cutii de medicamente antivirale pentru uzul unor categorii cu grad ridicat de expunere: cadrele medicale din spitalele de boli infectioase si tot personalul diplomatic roman din tarile afectate.

* Nu s-a constatat nicio problema la persoanele intoarse zilele trecute din tarile afectate.

* Doresc insa sa atrag atentia asupra unor aspecte extrem de importante: Noua forma de gripa este in mod cert foarte periculoasa, nu exista tara care sa fie la adapost de efectele ei. Exista masuri pe care fiecare individ le poate lua pentru a impiedica raspandirea gripei si reduce riscul de imbolnavire prin aplicarea unor minime norme de igiena:

– sa va spalati pe maini, cu apa si sapun, cat mai des.
– virusul se transmite de la om la om prin picaturile de saliva sau secretiile nazale raspandite de o persoana infectata care tuseste ori stranuta.
– virusul se mai poate transmite prin atingerea unor obiecte sau suprafate contaminate cu aceste picaturi, dupa ce mainile nespalate sunt duse la nas sau la gura.
– cand tusiti sau stranutati, sa va acoperiti nasul si gura cu o batista de unica folosinta. Dupa utilizare, batista trebuie aruncata la gunoi.
– sa evitati contactele stranse cu persoanele bolnave. Sa evitati aglomeratiile si multimile.

* Ministerul Sanatatii a luat, in ultimele zile, o serie de masuri suplimentare: s-au implementat actiuni de supraveghere a starii de sanatate a calatorilor dinspre si inspre zonele de risc, cu echipe medicale in punctele de frontiera.

* In perioada urmatoare, vom derula o campanie de informare a populatie, iar maine voi avea o intalnire cu CNA pentru a stabili forma pe care aceasta campanie o poate lua prin intermediul televiziunilor si radiourilor.

Marele Premiu la Loto 6/49 de duminica este de peste 9,5 milioane de euro

La categoria I a jocului 6/49 de duminica se inregistreaza un report in valoare de peste 38 milioane lei, astfel ca fondul de castiguri este estimat la peste 9,5 milioane euro, informeaza Loteria Romana.

Daca s-ar castiga duminica, acesta ar fi al doilea premiu ca valoare din istoria acestui joc.

Loteria Romana precizeaza ca premiul de categoria I la Loto 6/49 s-a castigat ultima data in 14 decembrie 2008 si a fost in valoare de aproximativ 290.000 euro.

Tragerile Loto 6/49 si Noroc vor avea loc incepand cu ora 19:20, in studioul Loteriei Romane din str. Reinvierii nr. 2A. Omologarea rezultatelor va putea fi urmarita in cadrul Jurnalului de Stiri de la TVR 1 de la ora 20:00.

La operatiunile preliminare ale acestor trageri precum si la tragerile propriu-zise poate participa atat publicul cat si mass media.

Mai multe tari din Asia au infiintat un fond de criza, de 120 miliarde de dolari

Japonia, China si Coreea de Sud, impreuna cu alte zece state asiatice, au convenit, duminica, crearea unui fond de urgenta, de pana la 120 miliarde de dolari, care sa furnizeze lichiditati tarilor din regiune, aflate in dificultati financiare, pentru ca acestea sa depaseasca mai usor criza economica, relateaza AFP.

Ministrii de finante din zece state, membre ai Asociatiei Natiunilor din Asia de Sud-Est (ASEAN), precum si cei din China, Japonia si Coreea de Sud, au anuntat incheierea unui astfel de acord in cadrul discutiilor de la reuniunea anuala a Bancii Asiatice de Dezvoltare, desfasurata in insula Bali (Indonezia).

“Suntem incantati sa va anuntam ca am ajuns la un acord, pe toate planurile, cu privire la implementarea unui fond regional (numit Chiang Mai Initiative) si am hotarat punerea in aplicare a programului pana la sfarsitul anului”, se arata intr-un comunicat comun, transmis de ministrii participanti la reuniune.

Japonia si China vor contribui cu 38,4 miliarde de dolari fiecare, iar Coreea de Sud va garanta 19,2 miliarde de dolari pentru noul fond. Printre tarile din grupul ASEAN, principalele contributoare vor fi Indonezia, Singapore, Thailanda si Malaezia, care vor aproviziona bugetul fondului cu 4,77 miliarde de dolari fiecare.

Ministrii asiatici au tinut sa precizeze faptul ca programul intentioneaza sa “suplimenteze” creditele puse la dispozitie de institutiile financiare existente, dupa ce mai multi analisti au apreciat ca fondul a fost conceput pentru a reduce dependenta tarilor est-asiatice cu economii mai subrede de imprumuturile acordate de organismele financiare internationale, cum ar fi FMI.

Statele membre ASEAN au fost fortate sa aplice reforme economice nepopulare, in schimbul unor imprumuturi masive din partea FMI, dupa criza asiatica din 1997-1998, acest lucru generand apeluri pentru accelerarea infiintarii unui astfel de fond regional de urgenta.

780 de cazuri de gripa porcina confirmate pana duminica in intreaga lume, niciunul in Romania

780 de cazuri de infectare cu virusul H1N1 al gripei porcine au fost confirmate in intreaga lume pana duminica, insa niciunul in Romania, a anuntat Aurel Nechita, secretar de stat in Ministerul Sanatatii, care a prezentat un raport al Centrului European pentru Controlul Bolilor Transmisibile, potrivit Mediafax. 49 de cazuri s-au inregistrat in tari ale Uniunii Europene, iar restul de 731 in state din afara Uniunii.

“Fata de sambata, pe 3 mai au fost raportate cate un caz confirmat de infectie in Italia, Irlanda, Coreea de Sud si Costa Rica”, a precizat Aurel Nechita.

Dintre tarile europene, cele mai multe cazuri de gripa porcina s-au inregistrat in Spania (20), Marea Britanie (15) si Germania (6). 80% dintre cei care s-au imbolnavit au varste cuprinse intre 20 si 49 ani.

In afara Uniunii Europene, cei mai multi bolnavi s-au inregistrat in Mexic (476), Statele Unite (160) si in Canada (85).

In tara noastra, pentru 33 de persoane care fie s-au intors din tari unde au fost confirmate cazuri de gripa porcina, fie prezentau simptome de gripa porcina, au fost efectuate teste la Institutul Cantacuzino, insa rezultatele au fost negative.

* Ministerul Sanatatii incepe o campanie de informare

Ministerul Sanatatii a decis, insa, ca, incepand de sambata, sa existe serviciu de permanenta (24 de ore din 24), la Centrul pentru Prevenirea si Controlul Bolilor Transmisibile si la Biroul Evenimente de Sanatate si Alerta Precoce din Institutul de Sanatate Publica Bucuresti.

In plus, in perioada imediat urmatoare va fi demarata o campanie de informare a populatiei despre conduita ce trebuie urmata pentru prevenirea imbolnavirilor, precum si in cazul aparitiei simptomelor.

Campania include si informarea directa a populatei, prin intermediul unei scrisori care va ajunge la fiecare familie din Romania. Distributia scrisorii in Romania va fi realizata gratuit, cu sprijinul institutiilor statului, din dispozitia Comitetului National pentru Situatii de Urgenta.
